Who can place orders?
Both your customers and you can place orders. Customers can order themselves, or you can place orders on their behalf according to their instructions.

HOW? Open the catalog -> Simply tap on the items you want and add them to cart -> And then confirm to place the order.
How can I get paid for orders?
Once an order placed, Your customer gets an order confirmation email immediately with a "Pay Now" button. They can see your available payment methods by clicking that button. Or you can contact the customer by phone/email and arrange the payment method as you want. If you couldn't contact the customer, Just simply cancel the order.

NOTE: OrderBlast will only share your payment methods to your customer and will not get involved or handle the payments between you and your customers.
Can customers track their orders?
Yes, Once an order placed, Your customer gets an Order Reference number immediately and they can track the order by that Order Reference in real time.
